# What's new

  **Improvements**

  * **Starting a new Study is reorganized.** The New Study page now walks
    Site → Program → what you need back, and you can start a Study by picking
    an existing Program instead of retyping it. We also fixed a layout bug
    where the page could scroll past the rest of the app, a duplicate
    "Program" heading, and the buttons now say "New Study."

  **Fixes**

  * Several citation quotes that were cut off mid-sentence — including a few
    Massachusetts General Law references — now show the complete provision.
  * Dotted by-law section references in text, such as § 6.02 or § 9.13A, now
    link to their citation. Previously only hyphenated references did.
  * A citation into Austin's zoning code that had moved to a new page was
    pointing at a dead link; it's fixed.
  * Advisor answers that draw on more than one source, such as comparing two
    jurisdictions, no longer silently drop one of the supporting citations.
