# Email documents into a Site

> Forward attachments to your firm's Urbee address, then file them to the right Site.

Your firm has one private email address for sending documents into Urbee. It's
useful for forwarding files from clients and subconsultants without
downloading them first.

## Find your address

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open any Site">
    Go to the **Site file** section.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Open the Import menu">
    Click **Import ▾**. The top entry, **✉ Email documents in**, shows your
    address in the form `docs-…@docs.urbee.ai`.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Copy it">
    Click **Copy address**, and forward or cc attachments to it.
  </Step>
</Steps>

The address belongs to your **whole firm**, not to one Site. Anyone who knows
it can send to it, so share it only with people you work with.

<Warning>
  If the address has been shared too widely, click **Rotate** to generate a
  new one. The old address stops working immediately, and mail sent to it is
  dropped without a bounce.
</Warning>

## What's accepted

PDF, PNG, JPEG, Word (.docx), Excel (.xlsx), ZIP, and CAD files such as .dwg
and .dxf. The limit is **15 MB per attachment**. Emails without attachments
are ignored.

## File what arrives

Nothing is filed to a Site until someone confirms it.

<Steps>
  <Step title="Go to Sites">
    When documents are waiting, the **Sites** page shows
    **Arrived by email — confirm the site to file**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Choose the Site">
    Each email shows its subject, sender, date and file names. Pick the Site
    from **Choose a site…**. If exactly one of your Site addresses appears in
    the email's subject or body, Urbee pre-selects it and marks it
    **(suggested)**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="File or dismiss">
    **File to site** adds each attachment to that Site's file as its own
    document. **Dismiss** deletes the attachments.
  </Step>
</Steps>

Attachments that weren't accepted are listed as **Not accepted**, with the
reason.
