My Work collects what needs attention across all your Studies: submittal items (risks, filings, decisions, gaps), documents with problems, unfinished deliverable drafts, and inputs Urbee needs from you.

What shows up

Accepted risks come back with · revisit due when it’s time to look at them again.

Filter and organize

  • Tiles at the top (Overdue, Due this week, Risks to mitigate, Documents need action, Drafts to finish, Inputs needed) filter the list when clicked. Click again to clear.
  • Everything / My items switches between your whole workspace and items you own.
  • Group: Due date sorts rows into Overdue, This week, Later and No date. Group: Study groups them by Study.
  • Type filters to one kind of row. Search work searches titles.
Your filters are saved in the page address, so you can bookmark or share a filtered view with a teammate.

Set due dates and owners

On submittal-item rows (risks, filings, decisions, gaps):
  • Click the date, or Set date, to set a due date. 📌 marks a date you set by hand.
  • Click the owner, or Assign, to pick a teammate. Assigning someone also subscribes them to comments on that item.
Document, deliverable and input rows don’t have owners or editable due dates.

Calendar view and calendar feed

Switch to 📅 Calendar to see dated items on a month grid. Items without a due date stay in the list view. To see your dates in Outlook, Google Calendar or Apple Calendar:
1

Get your feed link

In the Calendar view, click Get your calendar feed.
2

Subscribe in your calendar app

Click Copy link, or Copy webcal link for Apple Calendar and Outlook desktop. Then:
  • Outlook: Add calendar → Subscribe from web
  • Google: Other calendars → From URL
  • Apple: File → New Calendar Subscription
The feed, named Urbee — My Work, contains items that you own and that have a due date, as all-day events linking back to Urbee. Changes can take about 15 minutes to reach the feed, plus however often your calendar app refreshes.
Anyone with your feed link can see your item titles. Treat it like a password. To shut off an old link, click Regenerate; the old link stops working immediately.
