Go to the Urbee sign-in page and sign in. Everything in Urbee is behind sign-in, and you land on Home afterwards.

Your firm’s workspace

Your firm is a workspace in Urbee. Everything in it (Sites, Studies, deliverables, documents) is shared with your teammates in that workspace and with no one else. If you belong to more than one firm, use the switcher at the top of the sidebar to move between them.

Invite your team

Open Settings → Organization

Settings is at the bottom of the sidebar.

Invite teammates

Invite people from the members section. Once they accept and sign in, they’re in your workspace.
Admins can change the firm’s branding. Members can run Studies and work on everything in the workspace.

Add your letterhead

Go to Settings → Branding (admins only) and fill in:
  • Firm name (required)
  • Address, one line per row
  • Preparer name and Preparer title
  • Firm disclaimer, which appears in the document footer next to Urbee’s methodology note
  • Logo: PNG, JPEG or SVG, under about 110 KB
Click Save branding. Branding is stamped onto a deliverable when you finalize it. Changing it later never alters documents you’ve already finalized.
