Select the Sites
On the Sites list, tick two to eight Sites in the same
jurisdiction. Then click Compare sites. If the Sites are in
different jurisdictions, the bar says so and the button stays off.

Describe the Program
Fill in Program (for example, “Elementary school, 250k GSF”),
Proposed use (the use as the town’s code names it), and
Project type.

Add a required site area (optional)
Required site area (acres) lets the matrix check whether each parcel
is big enough. Urbee records it as a number you stated, not a code
requirement, and never guesses it from the use type.

Run it
Click Screen N sites. Urbee runs one full Study per Site.
Read the matrix
Each row is a Site. Columns include Use permission, District, Parcel area, Program fit, Overlays, Environmental, Triggers, Permit pathway and Confidence. Click any column to sort. Totals at the top count Sites by verdict: As of right, Conditional, Requires rezoning, Not possible, Undetermined and Unavailable. Click a cell to see its evidence: the verbatim citation, what was compared, and what was searched. Cells are marked by how the value was established:
If one Site couldn’t be screened, open its cell and click Retry this site.
That re-runs only that Site.
Pros and cons under the matrix are written only from the cited facts in
the matrix. Figures that don’t appear in the matrix are rejected before
publication.
